• Poème silver is more than silver, it is sterling silver plated with rhodium ― a precious metal that's even more valuable than gold. Rhodium is usually reserved for plating fine white gold jewellery. But at Poème, we use it to elevate silver. The result? A mirror-like shine, extra resistance to tarnishing, and jewellery that keeps its brilliance for years to come.
• Each moissanite is set by hand in our RJC certified atelier, to ensure ethical and sustainable production.
  

• What is moissanite? 

  • Moissanite is a diamond alternative that is more sparkly than diamond, because it has a higher refractive index (2.65) than diamond (2.42), resulting in greater brilliance and "fire" (rainbow sparkle).

Shipping

Australian Orders:

• Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays), and delivered within 2 days for addresses in NSW, or 3 days for other states in Australia. 

• Courier: Australia Post Express 

• A 17 AUD flat rate is charged for all Australian orders.

International Orders:

• Courier: DHL Worldwide Express (2-14 days depending on the country)

•We subsidise part of the international shipping cost. Therefore, customers only need to pay a $28 AUD flat rate for worldwide shipping.

Returns

Poème creations (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) purchased through the official website or at our Sydney showroom may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Please read our full return policy here.

Sterling Silver
•General care:
Avoid contact with water, sweat, and chemicals such as body lotion, perfumes, hair sprays, or hand sanitisers. The chemicals can interact with the metal and cause tarnishing or dullness. That’s why it is important to try that the last step when you get dressed is to put on your jewellery.

•Storage:
We suggest that you DO NOT store your jewellery in out gift box long-term. In the box, the moisture and oils from your skin are trapped inside with the jewellery, and could accelerate the tarnishing process.
Store your jewellery in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, away from direct exposure to sunlight.

Moissanites
•Moissanite is a diamond alternative that is more sparkly than diamond, because it has a higher refractive index (2.65) than diamond (2.42), resulting in greater brilliance and "fire" (rainbow sparkle).
•Not to be confused with the dreaded zircon or cubic zirconia, moissanite is a more premium gemstone that is both harder and shinier than zircon.
