Instead of providing “custom design”, Poème offers true bespoke, which means instead of letting you choose from a catalogue of existing designs, and make a slight change based on your preference, our UK-trained designer Isabella will design for you from a blank page.
So dream big, Poème can create anything you could ever dream of.

The Process
1.Share your ideas
Start your bespoke journey by sending me an e-mail or a DM on Instagram, and share with me what you have in mind. Whether you have a clear concept in mind, some inspiration photos on your phone, or need professional guidance to get started, you’re at the right place!
Then, we will schedule a private consultation, either in our Sydney showroom or online. I will dive into your ideas and preferences, as well as provide you with professional guidance and advice.
2. Design
"I try to include my client in the design stage as much as possible.
Instead of designing for you, I design with you.
I will show you every step of the design process, from hand-drawn sketches to CAD (computer-aided design), and you can give me feedback on anything you’d like to change, or new ideas you’d like to add to the design. At this stage, I will give you the license to make any adjustments, ensuring the piece is exactly what you envisioned."

3. Responsibly Made
Once you have approved the CAD design, we will start working on the actual precious metal and gemstone, creating your bespoke piece with precision and the highest level of craftsmanship.
At Poème, we care about the quality of our jewellery as much as the people who bring these beautiful creations to life, and the environment that we all live in. We produce our jewellery with a family-run jewellery atelier, which is certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC).
RJC is the global standards authority for responsible jewellery throughout the entire supply chain. We adhere to RJC’s standards covering responsible sourcing, labour rights, workplace health and safety, and management of wastes and emissions.
4. After Sales Service
