We maintain high levels of quality and craftsmanship at each and every stage of design and production. Each piece of Poème jewellery is guaranteed for 12 months. We will repair or replace any Poème product deemed to be defective due to workmanship or material.

Founded by Sydney based jewellery designer Isabella Zhang, Poème is an independent Australian fine jewellery brand that imbues its creations with Romanticism and visual poetry.

Our atelier is certified by RJC. We adhere to RJC’s standards covering responsible sourcing, labour rights, workplace health and safety, and management of wastes and emissions.

Poème creations (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons) may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt.
