- Australian and International Orders

Australian Orders:

• Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48hrs (excluding weekends and public holidays), and delivered within 2 days for addresses in NSW, or 3 days for other states in Australia. 

• Courier: Australia Post Express 

• We charge a $17 AUD flat rate for all Australian orders.

 

International Orders:

• Courier: DHL Worldwide Express ( 2-14 days depending on the country)

• The customer is responsible for the international shipping cost and import duty. More information can be found on the FAQ page under "International Clients".

If you would like to know how much the shipping would cost prior to purchasing, please email us. We will calculate the shipping cost as well as import duty for you.

- Signature Upon Delivery

To ensure the secure delivery of your order a signature is required upon delivery, Poème does not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

 

 

- Tracking Your Online Order

A shipping notification with tracking details and a tracking link will be sent via email after your order has been dispatched. 

 

- Cancellation

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, please initiate a return once you receive the item.
